This Privacy Policy is provided to inform the Customers of the Online Store, operated, and maintained by the Seller, accessible via https://honesy.eu, of policies and procedures applied by the Seller regarding the collection, use and disclosure of the personal data and other information submitted by Customers.
The Customers provide voluntarily certain personal data in connection with using the Services or purchasing items offered within the Online Store.
The personal data is administered by the Seller, that is RGH SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ, an entrepreneur operating in compliance with the law of Poland, with its registered office in Warszawa, Poland (ul. Żurawia 6/12, 00-503 Warszawa) entered into the register of entrepreneurs maintained by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0000843798 (with NIP (tax identification number): 7010985188 and REGON number: 386207064).
The Seller has a status a controller determining the purpose and means for the processing of Customers’ personal data – as defined in act of 29 August 1997 on Personal Data Protection and in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (General Data Protection Regulation) and directive 95/46/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 24 October 1995 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.
The Seller is obliged to process the personal data in accordance with the governing law, i.e., the Act of 29 August 1997 on Personal Data Protection and in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (General Data Protection Regulation) and directive 95/46/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 24 October 1995 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.
The Seller is obliged to process the personal data to the extent necessary to provide the Services within the Online Store, which include offering for sale items displayed and performed within the Online Store, concluding, and executing Sales Agreements, processing payments, and managing delivery of Products.
The Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of any information submitted to the Seller.
INFORMATION PROCESSING AND COLLECTION:
In the course of using the Services available through the Online Store the Customers are asked to provide certain personal information. Each time the purpose and scope of processing and collection of data submitted by Customer correspond to actions performed in the Online Store by them. The personal information that the Seller collects, processes and files, may include:

- payment information,
- VAT ID and other tax identification number if needed,
- alias and/or username,
- records of conversation between the Seller and the Customers,
- date of registration within the Online Store,

- information regarding use of the Services or purchased Products: purchase history information, including frequency and information about product preferences, information on marketing preferences and permissions.
The data collected by the Seller are required for the Services rendered within Online Store to be properly supplied and settled, including but not limited sale and delivery of Products displayed and performed within the Online Store.
USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION:
The data collected by the Seller is used to provide the Services, including but not limited sale and delivery of Products displayed and performed within the Online Store, complete online transactions, and administer Customers’ inquiries.
The Seller uses Customer’s personal information to contact the Customer with newsletters, marketing, or promotional materials only if the Customer has given prior consent. The Customer may decide at any time that he/she no longer wishes to receive such communications, by adjusting the settings > Notifications & Newsletter.
The Seller may also use general information from use of the Services or sale of Products for statistical analysis and development.
Information submitted to Customers’ Accounts will not be publicly viewable and shall be available only to the Seller.
Within the extent allowed by applicable law submitted personal information will be disclosed to government or law enforcement officials or private parties if the Seller is obliged to do it or concerns it necessary:
- in response to lawful requests by public authorities (for example a court order, search warrant or subpoena);
- to satisfy any laws or regulations that apply;

RECIPIENTS:
In order to grant the proper performance and settlement of the Services rendered within Online Store, it is necessary for the Seller to use third-party service providers (such as, for example, a software provider, courier, or payment processor) and share to them data and information submitted by the Customer. The Seller shall use only such third-party service providers who guarantee an appropriate level of protection of the personal data processed, in accordance with General Data Protection Regulation.
The Customer hereby consents to provide and authorize the Seller to share Customer's personal data to the following recipients or categories of recipients:
- to carriers, forwarders, couriers, postal operators selected by the Customer when placing the Order – to the extent necessary for delivery of the Products to the Customer,
- to providers processing electronic payments or payment card – to the extent necessary to handle the payment made by the Customer,
- to IT and technical solutions service providers (in particular, suppliers of computer software, e-mail and hosting and software providers, technical support providers) – to the extent necessary to operate and maintain the Online Store and electronic services provided through it,
- to accounting, legal and advisory service providers (in particular an accounting office, law firm or debt collection company) – to the extent necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the Seller or by a third party, except where such interests are overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject which require protection of personal data, in particular where the data subject is a child.
DISCLOSURES TO LEGAL SUCCESSOR:
In order to grant the continuation of performance of the Services and functionality of the Online Store, the Seller may disclose submitted personal data and other information, to another third party as part of reorganization or a sale of the assets of the Seller’s division or company. Any third party to whom the Seller transfers or sells assets will have the right to continue to use the personal data and other submitted information – for the purpose specified herein. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFER:

Profiling consists in automatic analysis or forecast of the and Customer's behavior within the Online Store using cookies and historical data, stored in the Customer Account in order to assess the preferences and interests of the Customer (e.g., by adding a specific Product to the shopping cart, browsing the page of a particular Product in the Online Store or by analyzing the previous history of purchases made).
The data subject has the right not to be subject to a decision which is based solely on profiling or other automated processing and has the possibility to object to the profiling of his data.
SURVEYS:
The Seller may ask the Customers to complete surveys that may be used for research and to improve the Services or Online Store, although the Customers have no obligation to respond to them. Any feedback the Customers will be publicly viewable via http://honesy.eu.
SECURITY:
The Seller is committed to protecting the security of submitted personal information. The Seller uses a variety of security technologies and procedures to help protect personal information. Personal information is stored on a server with physical and electronic security features required by legal regulations in force, including utilization of login/password procedures and electronic firewalls designed to block unauthorized access. All the Seller’s employees are obligated by privacy and security policies. The Seller’s security and privacy policies are periodically reviewed and enhanced as necessary, and only authorized individuals have access to submitted personal information.
The Customers is responsible to keep their login and password confidential.
RIGHT OF ACCESS, RIGHT TO RECTIFICATION AND DELETION:
Customers maintain the right of access their personal information, as well as to request to have his personal data supplemented, updated, or rectified, or to temporarily or permanently cease the processing of his personal data, if those data are incomplete, outdated, or untrue, or if they were collected in violation of legal regulations in force, or if they are no longer necessary for the purpose for which they were collected. COOKIE POLICY:
In order to provide the Services, the Seller uses cookies and web log files (anonymous information such as the time of visit on the site, IP address, url, browser, etc.) to track the use of the site and recognize user when he/she returns to the site using the same computer and web browser. "Cookies" are short pieces of data generated by a web server that a website stores on a user's computer.
The types of cookies that the Seller uses are referred to as "session" cookies and "persistent" cookies. Session cookies are temporary and are automatically deleted once the user leaves the site. - mobile device's identifiers, like MAC Address, Identifier for Advertising (IDFA), and/or International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI);

The web log files are stored indefinitely as auxiliary material used to administer the site.
