If necessary, you can increase the dosage for the next night. In the coming days, experiment with different amounts to discover the right balance for you. However, do not exceed a full dropper in one night. You can use this product continuously or whenever you need a better night’s sleep.

If you have prior experience with CBD, consider starting with ½ a dropper of Dream Easy Oil. Take it when preparing for your bedtime and monitor its effects the next morning. If needed, you can increase the dosage for the next night. Experiment with different amounts in the following days to find your optimal balance but refrain from exceeding a full dropper in a single night.
